We are so excited to announce that we are branching out our videography services into the elopement realm! We were so stoked when Stephanie Milosh reached out to us and said she was starting a group of North Carolina based vendors who were looking to redefine the elopement realm here: a concept called elopeNC.
We are so excited to be a part of couples’ journeys as they embark on a more intimate wedding experience with a small inner circle of friends and family, or just the two of them. We answered a Q&A with ElopeNC about all things videography and elopements:
Q: What’s your title/position in your business?
A: Annie Bovitz, Owner and Lead Videographer
Q: What’s a fun fact about yourself?
A: From the years of 2011 and 2017, I was able to set foot on six continents! (Guess which one is left :-D)
Q: Tell us about your favorite elopement!
A: I am just stepping into the elopement realm, and so I am excitedly awaiting my first chance to film one! I can say though, that I have watched many gorgeous elopement films, and one of my favorites was two bloggers named Maddie and Joe Greer who were married in Iceland. The storytelling of the video, coloring, and overall feel of the film is what I’m excited to start creating for couples.
Q: What is your favorite thing about elopements?
A: Going on adventures! Being outdoors (if that’s the vibe!) Also, the special energy that comes from being able to capture the special moments between each unique couple, unhurried and unplanned. They can go at their own pace and we can get really creative with moments and shots, all while honoring the type of day and experience that they are looking to remember forever.
Q: Is there a wedding detail on your bucket list?
A: Yes! I would love to film an elopement in New Zealand. I have some friends who are from South Island in Queenstown and Dunedin – it is so dreamy and picturesque.
